Do you build dormer additions?
Yes. Dormers and roof modifications are part of selected addition projects when supported by the required plans, engineering and permits.
Additions and dormers require careful work where new construction meets an existing house. We approach these projects from the framing and weather protection through windows, roofing, siding, trim and the interior finish so the new work feels like it belongs.
We review how the proposed work connects to the existing framing, roof, finishes and utilities. Where engineering, architectural documents or permits are required, those items are coordinated as part of preconstruction rather than treated as an afterthought.
Materials are selected from the approved plans, engineering requirements and finish selections for the home.

Yes. We can help develop the construction scope and KZR Design Studio can provide preliminary concepts and visualizations before final permit documents are prepared.
Many do. Engineering or sealed architectural documents may be required depending on the work, and those requirements are addressed before construction proceeds.
Tell us what you are planning and we will schedule a time to review the project.
